Pipeline Ball Valves
Pipeline ball valves from Authorized Parts are tested according to the specifications as led by API 6D. Such pipeline ball valves do not require lubrication and they also offer a longer cycle because of their rugged designs. Each seat of these valves is tested according to the double block and bleed specifications. This ensures that the pipeline ball valve remains operational in high temperatures and in touch with highly corrosive chemicals. Pipeline ball valves have trunnion-mounted, 3pc-forged body. They come in pressure classes of ANSI class 150,300, 600, and 900.
Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Authorized Parts has a huge catalog of stainless steel ball valves that have screwed ends with latch locking handle and PVC sleeves. Seats are made of PTFE with a Teflon body. Such valves contain chrome plated solid brass ball and are suited for underground and close quarter commercial and light industrial applications with steam, water, oil, gas, or air. Stainless steel ball valves are tested according to the SS testing procedure. They are fully rust resistant and offer great longevity even when exposed to highly acidic chemicals.
