Plastic lined valves have proven to be economical, highly functional, and corrosion resistant, making these valves optimal for high temperature, acidic, and corrosive environments.  Authorized Parts offers these valves in a wide range of value types and brands that include Rockwell, Nordstrom, Saunders, ITT Grinnell, McCanna, Stockham, Powell, Grove, Hill-McCanna, and Dezurik.  Available pressure classes are 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1500.  The body materials of these plastic lined valves include cast steel, cast iron, ductile iron, polypropylene, PVC, 316SS, and alloy 20.

Polypropylene Lined Valves

Authorized Parts offers a complete selection of polypropylene lined valves.  These valves offer safety through their rugged construction.  A combination of our ISO-9000 QA-system and expert experience in corrosion resistant manufacturing assures a properly made valve that will reliably accommodate the most dangerous liquids and gasses.  Polypropylene lined valves are appropriate for vacuum service due to the energized seats.  These valves are quality assured components and a dependable addition to our product line.

Teflon Lined Valves

A wide assortment of Teflon lined valves is available from Authorized Parts.  Prior to assembly, the components of these valves are thoroughly cleaned and degreased per Neotecha quality control standards.  The PFA sealing surfaces are protected with flange protectors and then sealed in plastic bags.  These Teflon lined valves have boosted up our extensive product line.
