Direct Mount Ball Valve

Direct mount ball valves are designed to accept both pneumatic and electric actuators. The new line of redesigned direct mount ball valves is high performance and high life cycle in nature. Its available sizes range from ¼” to 12”. All sizes feature ISO-5211 style mounting pads, stacked “V” ring packing, stainless steel balls and stems, and multi-fill seats, which can be rated up to 2,000 psig, 450°F, or 250 psig saturated steam.

These ball valves of direct mount are constructed from brass, WCB carbon steel, and CF8M stainless steel. The combination of design and materials yield a low breakaway torque, which is desirable in actuator sizing. Contact us for optional seating materials.

Electric Ball Valve

The electric ball valve carries many highlights and advantages, including compact and lightweight construction, pre-wired terminal strips, rugged cast aluminum housing and cover, and precision cut heat-treated alloy gears among many other attributes. Durability and structural integrity are a part of the construction of this valve. Electric ball valves are corrosion resistant and offer good value.
